WINE TASTING This wine shows a beautiful colour with deep purple hints. The bouquet is intense, developing ripe fruits notes mixed with toasted shades. The palate is supple, fruity and well-balanced, underpinned by smooth and silky tannins. MATCHING FOOD AND WINE Serve at 17-18°C with stew of venison, grilled on vine shoots beef Prime Rib or with chops of veal and morels. This wine will be ideal with fine cooked meats.
